New Sakura Wars Demon Conflict Trailer Will Mech Monsters Think Twice

Skura Wars, the JRPG from SEGA just dropped a new Demon Conflict trailer giving fans a glimpse of the upcoming combat.

Due to land on PlayStation 4 28 April, Sakura Wars is shaping up to look like an awesome experience for fans of eastern-inspired adventures. Initially announced back in April 2018, this iteration of the ongoing franchise is something of a soft reboot. While it is expected to remain faithful to the core of the series, the game delves into a world under threat by demonic forces. The protagonists of this title are pitted against invaders from another world. While the Combat Revues of each city vie for prominence the fate of the Imperial Capital hangs in the balance when two figures seem to unleash chaos, and a battle ensues.

The latest trailer gives players a glimpse of the combat systems, the Type-3 Kobu Spiricle Armor, and the Mugen-class Spiricle Strikers that pilots might get to utilize in Sakura Wars. Alongside the range of combat options and cool looking mechs, the new trailer also highlights the game’s antagonists and some striking character design by Bleach creator Tite Kubo. You can check out all the stylized action in the trailer above, but there’s still more.

Launch & Special Editions

Alongside the new trailer, SEGA has confirmed the full details on the various editions of the title available to buy.
