Amazon Games has announced that New World players are preparing to embark on the Fury of the Spriggan in-game event. Players can participate in the limited-time event from Wednesday, May 24th through Tuesday, June 13th. During the event, players can collect special, event-specific rewards. Players need to be level 20+ to participate at event sites throughout the game.
Event Rewards
Players who manage to defeat Spriggans can earn any one of several rewards including:
- A 50% chance of rolling a level-appropriate procedural weapon or armor piece. These are guaranteed to be rare or above.
- A 30% chance of rolling an item from the Global Named List.
- A 20% chance of rolling an item from the Spriggan Arena Named List.
- a roll for various container resources.
- A roll of level-appropriate consumables.
- 1 Obsidian Gypsum
In addition to the above, players can also earn a number of other rewards on a daily basis. Players can earn up to three daily bonus rewards including:
- An event-only Mossborne Weapon with an appropriate attribute, empty gem slot, and angry bane perk.
- An event-only Mossborne Armor Pice with an armor-weigh appropriate attribute, empty gem slot, and angry earth ward perk
- 250 Umbral Shards
- 3-5 Flame Cores
Triumphant players also will receive a roll with:
- a 33% chance of rolling 1-12 selected perk resources
- a 25% chance of rolling 1-5 exclusive Named items
- a 5% chance of rolling a Timeless Shard
