Take A Tour of Krat In New Lies of P Trailer

Neowiz and Round8 Studio have just revealed a first look at the uniquely baroque city of Krat and a new dark tale, Lies of P.

The teams behind Bless Unleashed have just unveiled a brand new twisted tale, with the first look at upcoming RPG Lies of P. The upcoming tale inspired by the classic Italian novel Pinocchio from Carlo Collodi is due to cast a shadow on PC and consoles when launches, but players interested in a differently dark adventure can take a glimpse at Lies of P and the city of Krat. An intimidating sight is on display in the new trailer for Lies of P. A once beautiful city now unwinds in front of players, full of hideous and twisted automatons, and it’s up to the eponymous P to find Mr. Geppetto and reverse the calamity that has befallen this landscape.

Alongside a look at the desolate and dark corners of Krat, this new teaser also gives us a look at the in game combat. Reactive counter-attacks, the array of unique weapons to find and put to use, and that Pinocchio’s own mechanical arm acts as an additional tool or weapon to give unique skills – such as a grappling hook and more. Playing as the puppet mechanoid Pinocchio, you will wind your way through the streets of a ruined city, building these add ons from the materials you find in the world, and interacting with the remaining few who manage to survive in this pre-industrial hellscape. Taking a classic fairytale and adding in a twisted set of RPG mechanics, Lies of P might be the challenge that fans of American McGee’s Alice have been waiting for.

You’ll be able to find out more about Lies of P will be revealed at this year’s G-STAR in Busan, South Korea from November 17th to 21st, 2021. Check out the trailer above or the official website for more.
