Behaviour Interactive has announced the next major update coming to Dead by Daylight on March 12, 2024. The “All Things Wicked” update brings The Unknown as a new Killer, Sable Ward as a new Survivor, and an all-new map. The update will launch simultaneously for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Epic Games Store, Steam, and the Windows Store. Players wanting to get an advanced peek at the action can check out the public test build on Steam starting today.
Unpacking All Things Wicked
Greenville Square, the game’s newest map, is a seemingly placid and quiet rural town. However, at least according to legend, all is not as it seems. Greenville has seen more than its share of disappearances. It’s gone on for decades without any answers to the cause. Players will explore a town square, the local cinema and its concessions stand as well as the arcade and theater room. But it’s not all cotton candy and sodas.
Sable Ward, a new DbD Survivor, is tormented by the disappearance of her best friend Mikaela Reid. Her search for answers predictably sent her into The Fog where she encounters the new Killer, The Unknown. This Killer is a mystery wrapped in a conundrum. No one knows exactly who, or what, The Unknown is but, then again, no one has stayed alive long enough to find answers.
