The Witcher: Path of Destiny, a boardgame set in the beloved universe, met its crowdfunding goal in under 5 minutes. It took the project a total of 4 minutes and 37 seconds to reach the needed $75k in funding. With the campaign active for another 18 days, the boardgames already raised over $1.5M donated by over 20k backers.
Not only did the game meet its goal, but it also covered the entirety of the currently announced stretch goals. All 23 of them!
The team invites players to take on the role of Geralt, Yennefer, Ciri, Vesemir or Dandelion and retell the iconic stories from the saga. Use your unique abilities and follow the path of destiny or completely change its course. The actions taken by the group will determine how the story ends – but only one of you will be remembered as a hero…
