Developer Omega Force (Dynasty Warrior), Koei Tecmo and EA Originals have shared the official story trailer for the upcoming hunting action game Wild Hearts. The video welcomes players to the hub location called Minato, filled with helpful NPCs that will provide you with aid on your hunt for the Kemono, ferocious beasts infused with the power of nature itself. The hunt begins on February 17, 2023, on PS5, Xbox Series X and PC.
“Enter the village of Minato to meet the allies who will aid you in your hunt and help you protect the people of Azuma in WILD HEARTS. Meet Natsume, Ujishige and more, from blacksmith to scientist, each one will be crucial to your survival against the fierce Kemono. The villagers, together with your fellow hunters and the ancient technology known as Karakuri, will help you emerge victorious against even the most powerful of beasts.”
Wild Hearts provides players with a unique twist on the monster-hunting genre. You will be using technology to fight against ferocious beasts of all sizes. Take on these creatures alone or hunt with friends in seamless co-op.
Previously the developers have held a Reddit AMA where the team answered a variety of questions about the game: from the story to gameplay to post-launch content. Among other things, the team revealed that Wild Hearts will have no microtransactions.
