World of Warcraft: Shadowlands received the latest and final content expansion. Patch 9.2 received the name Eternity’s End and features the last stand of the heroes of Azeroth against the insidious Jailer.
To stop Jailer’s plans from finding success, Azeroth’s heroes must pursue him into the mysterious realm of Zereth Mortis, where the Progenitors first forged the afterlives. Stand together in the Shadowlands’ darkest hour and defy Death to decide the fate of the cosmos before all you know is undone.
Zereth Mortis was created by the First Ones as a workshop to create afterlives. Its denizens—the automa—have built all that exists in the Shadowlands. It is a strange, otherworldly location that defies all concepts of reality or physics. The Enlightened are brokers that arrived on Zereth Mortis a long time ago. They no longer see their world in a transactional manner, instead, they treat their dwelling as a sacred place and hope to answer to a higher calling—the pursuit of knowledge.
The patch’s raid, Sepulcher of the First Ones, is about to open its doors to the adventurers from the noble Alliance and the mighty Horde. To bring players up to speed, the developers from Blizzard have shared the raid preview video you can find above.
