Overkill’s The Walking Dead has given us a new glimpse at one of the characters facing the zombie onslaught, Gamereactor reports. The trailer shows Maya as the zombie onslaught unfolds before her.
Overkill’s The Walking Dead is a 4 person co-op action survival FPS set in the same universe popularized by the graphic novel and TV series. Players will fight the living and the dead in a post-apocalyptic Washington D.C.
Similar to other team-based cooperative shooters, each character has their own abilities, specials, skill trees, squad roles, play styles, and story arcs. Overkill says teamwork is critical to success. The bill the action as “close-up and intense: take out enemies carefully with a silent melee attack or go in guns blazing with your choice of each class weapons. You need to be able to improvise as nothing is certain and a horde of walkers is always right around the corner.”
