New Games on Nintendo Switch This Week: Citizens and Kings

This past week has been one for the books with Nintendo’s E3 offerings setting up high expectations for the rest of the year to come. Yes, Nintendo has spoken, and there is a lot to look forward to, but we here at GameSpace still take our Nintendo releases one week at a time! Due to all of the information released about new titles over the past week, this week’s game list isn’t as long as usual, but don’t fret, there are still some choice titles to keep an eye out for in our June 17th version of New Games on Nintendo Switch This Week!

Sea King

Release: June 17th 2019

Sea King Nintendo Switch

Are you a Sea King? I’m not talking about the pokemon, I’m talking about an actual king of the sea! Well if you aren’t, don’t fret, because in Sea King you can become the aforementioned king of the sea by battling in all out naval warfare. In Sea King you can “play with 3 other friends or against the brutally clever AI or against both friends and AI.” In broad terms of party games, Sea King is certainly the navalist.

Citizens of Space

Release: June 18th 2019

Don’t you just hate it when you lose the Earth? I know I do. Luckily, you have the Citizens of Space at your disposal in Sega’s zany, cartoony title Citizens of Space!  With a premise that doesn’t take itself too seriously and some really wacky characters to meet along the way, Citizens of Space looks like it’s going to be a truly wild game that will keep Role-Playing fans busy for quite a few earth cycles.

In Case You Missed It:

Cadence of Hyrule: Crypt of the NecroDancer Featuring the Legend of Zelda

Release: June 12th 2019

Last week Cadence of Hyrule: Crypt of the NecroDancer featuring the Legend of Zelda released! If the extra long name packed with syllables doesn’t get your foot tapping, perhaps the fact that this is a rhythmic action-adventure game will do it for you! Bounce around to 25 classic legend of zelda songs as you work your way through procedurally generated worlds. Zelda and music fans will surely get a kick out of this one.
