HoYoverse just dropped a bunch of detail on Genshin Impact update 3.2 trailer where Akasha Pulses, the Kalpa Flame Rises.
A new teaser for the latest Genshin update has arrived. Posted last night across social channels, the new 3.2 trailer confirms that citizens of Teyvat will be able to continue their adventure in Sumeru on 2 November 2022. Titled Akasha Pulses, the Kalpa Flame Rise, the imminent update will add a ton of new content to this hugely popular free to play title giving players new story arcs, challenges, and additional companions for their ongoing quests.
The November add on to Genshin is set to bring the Sumeru Archon Quest to a fitting finale. The trailer, above, finds the Traveller and allies facing off against a powerful enemy of Sumeru as they attempt to rescue Nahida from The Doctor’s nefarious plot. This will ultimately culminate in an epic fight with the third Fatui Harbinger Boss, The Balladeer. Posing an intimidating problem, this massive mechanical-looking puppet features multiple forms and a variety of elemental abelites, making it a challenge worthy of the Traveller’s ire.
That’s not all, however. While players are now all too aware of Nahida’s significance to Sumeru’s past, they’ll be able to add this Lesser lord to their roster. Initially previewed ahead of the initial Sumeru expansion, this unique character wields powerful Dendro abilities and takes an interesting approach to combat that reflects a playful personality.
Bringing something of a more traditional character into the mix, Layla will also be available as a playable character during version 3.2. This 4 star companion will fit anybody looking for a Cryo character that can deal and provide a decent amount of protection using Nights of Formal Focus. This isn’t the only ability Layla brings to the battlefield, and as a student this character includes a chance to double up the output in crafting.
Alongside the new characters, version 3.2 will also include a new Fabulous Fungus event, where players will be able to catch and train Fungi to battle in different challenges. Another event, titled ‘Adventurer’s Trials’ will get a bit slimey in the newest update, while a new Dendro boss enemy skulks out in the open world.
