Studio Wildcard has announced that the Switch version of ARK: Survival Evolved has been updated with the Ragnarok DLC. This massive content addition is free to all Switch players and brings over 100 square kilometers of world to explore along with new biomes and beasts to discover.
To ramp up excitement for the DLC, developers sent out an all-new trailer.
Journey through an expansive 144 square-kilometer environment where elements from various biomes combine to form a new experience. Players can explore mountain peaks and active volcanoes to winding caverns and secluded forest regions. They’ll find plenty of exciting new locations to build their perfect home base. The DLC also introduces a host of new unique creatures to fight and tame. These include Dire Polar Bears, Ice Wyverns, and mystical Griffons.
In addition to the news of the release of the Switch Ragnarok DLC, Studio Wildcard also revealed that the “ultimate free-for-all” called Survival of the Fittest will launch for Xbox and PlayStation next week. In Survival of the Fittest, up to 60 players duke it out to be the last one standing. The epic showdown is leading Dinosaur armies into battle!
