Warframe Devstream 176 aired over the weekend, revealing more about the follow up to Whispers in the Walls.

Digital Extremes took to the internet over the weekend to walk Tenno through the latest chapter in Warframe. The free to play online adventure is set to drop yet another major update during March 2024, that will introduce a whole host of new challenges and the title’s 56th Warframe.

The eponymous Dante eases into battle as part of the Dante Unbound update with a very distinctive take on these weapons of war. Unlike the threatening aura of the recent Gauss Prime, Dante asks player to use their words to overcome enemies. In Warframe, that means using a powerful tome to tear them to pieces. First introduced as part of the Whispers in the Walls update, this seemingly enchanted book turns the spectral entity into something of a caster in the ranks of the Tenno. While the amount of detail dropped is limited, it’s expected that we will learn more about Dante between now and the Dante Unbound Update.

Alongside Dante, players are also expected to get their hands on a bunch of powerful new weapons. These and the new Incarnon weapons were briefly previewed. As of this moment, we know two impressive looking options will be at your behest. A wrist mounted cannon named Onos and a pair of powerful claw augmentations, named Ruvox, is coming.Onos and Ruvox weapons

The preview also covered a ton of other changes coming to the latest update. This includes a host of quality updates and reworks for the Inaros Warframe, tons of new Somachords, the iOS launch, fur tech, graphical optimization, and a massive expansion of the Entrati Labs. 12 new Tiles will be available to play through, and a new disruption will add a twist to an existing game mode.
