Disney and Gameloft have announced that the Pride of the Valley update is now available in Disney Dreamlight Valley. It is the fourth major content update for the game and was released on April 5, 2023. The new content introduces a new realm based on The Lion King with new story quests, new optional items, a special Easter-themed event, and a new Star Path that celebrates Disney Parks.
The new realm, Dream Castle: The Lion King, is based on an iconic area from The Lion King. Players can explore the new location, meet Simba and Nala, and help them restore the Pride Lands to its former glory.
Additional update features
- helping Buzz investigate an alien invasion
- helping Minnie solve a magical problem
- investigating Mother Gothel’s and Ursula’s mysterious “meet-ups.”
- New items are available at Scrooge McDuck’s Store
- A special Easter-themed event called Eggstravaganza. During this event, players can collect eggs, decorate their homes with Easter eggs, and participate in other Easter-themed activities.
- The new Star Path, Disney Parks. This Star Path lets players can earn rewards by completing tasks based on Disney Parks attractions and characters.

Share meals with your Villagers, snap photos of Valley landmarks, and wear signature clothing to celebrate the spirit of adventure and magic found everywhere in the Disney Parks.

The Pride of the Valley update is a major update that adds a lot of new content to Disney Dreamlight Valley. The new realm, story quests, optional items, and event are all great additions to the game.
