Developer HoYoverse has taken to the official site of Genshin Impact to share the latest cutscene animation. It shows the ending to Yoimiya’s second story quest, so if you have not experienced it yet and care for spoilers – it’s time to turn back!
“A child’s dreams are simple and pure. As she lays eyes on the meteor-streaked firmament, the sky slumbering in midnight reverie will scintillate for her. But dreams, be they simple or profound, realistic or fantastical, possess a power that cannot be denied. For this power is like fireworks ablaze, rising with a force that elevates them to stride amongst the stars.”
Yoimiya’s second Story Quest – and it’s touching animated cutscene! – is among the new content introduced in the currently on-going Genshin Impact Version 3.7. The Inazuman fireworks enthusiast is currently one of the stars of the character banners as well, alongside other prominent Inazuman figure, Guuji Yae Miko, and newcomer Kirara.
Players can also partake in Kaveh’s hangout event if they miss Sumeru’s style. Or even sling some cards and enjoy a variety of mini-games as the part of Duel! The Summonners’ Summit TCG event. To participate in the event, you have to be Adventure Rank 32 or above and have completed the quests “Ritou Escape Plan” and “Battlefield of Cats, Dice, and Cards”.
As all major events, Grand Prix gives players a chance to earn a Crown of Insight, a bunch of Primogems, Character & Weapon materials, Talent materials, Mora and more. There is even a free weapon: bow Ibis Piercer, as well as its Refinement materials.
