The latest Mondstadt event is coming to a close. To celebrate the season of wine and comradery, Genshin Impact shared the Of Ballads and Brews Event cutscene animation. Titled “The Wind Returns for the Fairbrew”, it shows the conclusion to the event questline featuring Razor, Bennett, Klee, the Traveler, Paimon and Venti.
As the video progresses, viewers can see the glimpses into relationships between another cast of characters and their fathers: Diona, Rosaria, Kaeya and Diluc. While we do not see the parents of the last trio, we can hear the heartfelt wishes and apologies they have passed onto their children.
For those who prefer to travel through the sands rather than sit tight and enjoy the wine, Genshin Impact also shared the story teaser “Lost Legacies in the Sand”. It is dedicated to the past of Sumeru, the time when Scarlet King Deshret and Greater Lord Rukkhadevata still presided over mortals of the region.
“Ruins in the Great Red Sand are magnificent and the ancient civilization most intriguing — even carrying dreams of many. The truth brought to light, however, is far from what people think it is…”
Additionally, another story teaser covers the past of one of the old-timers. He has been called by many names – Kunikuzushi, Fatui Harbinger #6, Balladeer, Scaramouche, but his past up to now remained mostly untouched. However, with the Genshin Impact update 3.1: King Deshret and the Three Magi, players get to have the front seat to the past of the enigmatic eccentric.
