Developer HoYoverse shared a new story teaser for anime action-adventure Genshin Impact, dedicated to the past of Sumeru. Titled Lost Legacies in the Sand, it takes a look back at the past of the Scarlet King (King Deshret) and Greater Lord Rukkhadevata. The video contains spoilers for the plot of Sumeru.

For those who prefer to set out on a musical journey instead of treading through the sands, Genshin Impact Youtube channel has been updated with the :Melodies of an Endless Journey” concert. The channel implores to use caution when watching/listening to the recording: the video may trigger discomfort in patients with photosensitive epilepsy.
The concert features new pieces composed by HOYO-MiX for the second year, along with new renditions of the game’s well-loved melodies.
Last but not least, the game’s beloved guide Paimon set out on a journey of her own!
Between October 2nd and 3rd, a 6-meter tall giant emergency food embarked on a river drifting voyage on the River Thames to celebrate the 2nd anniversary of the game. Many fans, spectators, influencers and gamers flocked to the scene to watch the inflatable Paimon’s majesty as she floated past many of London’s prominent landmarks.
