Windblume’s Breath, the flagship event of Genshin Impact Version 3.5, is here! To bring players up to speed, the team from HoYoverse has taken to the official site to reveal the gameplay details of the festival.
“The honeyed scents of the Windblume Festival are wafting upon the winds again. During this festival of unparalleled love, why not come to the city upon the lake for a spell and lean to follow the floral fragnances riding the winds of freedom?”
To participate in the festival, players must be Adventure Rank 18 or above and have completed the Archon Quest “Song of the Dragon and Freedom”. It is also suggested that players finish the Archon Quest Chapter III: Act V “Akasha Pulses, the Kalpa Flame Rises” and Albedo’s Story Quest for the best experience – however, those can be skipped with the Quick Start option once the event begins.
Event rewards include a variety of in-game goodies such as the Primogems, a Crown of Insight, talent & weapon level-up materials, experience pages, Mora and more. Additionally, by completing the relevant challenges, players can obtain the event-exclusive weapon Mailed Flower (Claymore).
During the event, three types of gameplay will unlock in sequence:
- Ballads of Breeze – choose between 3 different instruments and play through the song challenges. Tap the notes that appear according to the rhythm and score points based on the precision of the timing of your stroke;
- Floral Pursuit – Collect Bloom Balloons to increase your score and complete the relevant challenges;
- Breezy Snapshots – help Fassben the Adventurer make a photobook by taking photos across Mondstadt.
