Zenless Zone Zero, the newest game from HoYoverse, will be playable at Gamescom 2023
HoYoverse is heading to Gamescom 2023. That’s no surprise after the massive presence o of these tech otaku last year. This time, however, the outfit behind Genshin impact and Honkai Star Rail will give players on the show floor the opportunity to get a hand on with the upcoming action RPG Zenless Zone Zero. According to the details we have on the opportunity:
“The main stage will be based on the Random Play video store of the protagonists. Players will be able to try out the game, win bountiful souvenirs, interreact with cosplayers, and dive into the post-apocalyptic adventure with an early view of New Eridu —— modern civilization’s last shelter.”
Announced back in DATE and not yet released int eh west, ZZZ is takes the anime inspired aesthetic of other HoYoverse adventures and plugs it into an instanced action-adventure title with sci-fi dystopian leanings. It’s a new twist for HoYoverse, although a little more in line with games like Soulworker, so it will be interesting to see how the gaming giant handles this title where Gameforge’s efforts petered out. Other HoYoverse titles are coming to Gamescom too. It’s not just about the newest titles. Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, and Honkai Impact 3rd will all be in attendance.
Genshin Impact
Genshin Impact fans will be able to indulge themselves while away from home by taking in the sights and sounds of this magical game world. The show floor will explore five of the seven nations, each representing a different element. Expect vivid recreations of iconic landmarks and gigantic creatures, stage shows, musical performances, and all kinds of fun activities with rewards.
Alongside the competitions and stage shows, cool cosplay, there will be Genshin Impact music performed by the student orchestra of Essen University, Essener Studentenorchester, at the Gamescom City festival on the evening of Aug 26.
Honkai: Star Rail
Visit the Xianzhou Luofu this year with a fully-decorated booth based on the Silkpunk flagship. The beloved in-game character, conductor Pom-Pom of the Astral Express, will show up to interact with fans of the epic interstellar voyage. Trailblazers can try out 1game demos, snagging a sneak peek of the intergalactic contents and gaining hands-on gameplay experience of the title’s PlayStation®5 version.
