Coming from developer Thunderoak Interactive, Godsworn is a classic RTS available now in Steam Early Access. Set during the time of the Northern Crusades, the game lets you take control of a divine hero. It is up to you to gather worshippers, rally your armies, and crush your enemies to claim these lands.
“The wild pagan lands have been under the watchful eye of the gods for as long as time. The arrival of a knight order bearing the banner of heaven threatens to upset the uneasy alliance. Will the realm burn, or will blood of both divine and mortal be spilled to protect it?”
You can play the game’s RTS campaign solo or grab a friend for optional co-op. The campaign follows the Baltic pagan struggle against the crusades. Can you bring unity to the feuding pagan gods before the armies of heaven arrive? Or will the land be torn asunder for your pride?
Godsworn – Early Access launch contains:
- Fully voiced story campaign that can be played singleplayer or co-op. Early Access begins with the first 5 missions available (Act 1).
- 11 Skirmish maps, against AI or PvP, in any team configuration you can imagine, up to 8 players.
- Challenge maps for 1-3 player PvE. Early Access will begin with 2 defense maps, with different challenge map types planned to be added soon after.
