Cold Symmetry and Playstack have some great news for fans of Mortal Shell in celebration of its first anniversary. Between August 18th and August 23rd, players and fans can download and keep the game’s expansion, The Virtuous Cycle for free. It is a fully-fledged expansion with new game modes, a new playable shell, and a brand new weapon. Once the promotion ends, players will need to pony up $7.99 to purchase it. The offer of the free expansion is available on all platforms including Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, GoG, and the Epic Games Store. Players will need to own a copy of the base game in order to play The Virtuous Cycle.
