Blazing Griffin and Microids have announced the release date of its point-and-click adventure game, Hercule Poirot: The London Case. The game will be released for both PC and consoles on August 29th. This marks the second chapter in a series of games that started with 2021’s Poirot: The First Case.
Blazing Griffin developers released a trailer filled with clues to entice players to discover this newest addition to the ongoing series.
As the title implies, players will take on the role of the great Agatha Christie detective, Hercule Poirot. As Poirot, players will travel to London to deliver a painting for an exhibition. However, and probably as expected, the painting is stolen during the festivities. It is up to Poirot — and the player — to discover the thief or thieves and bring them to justice.
Developers are taking the game in some new directions with the latest title. For the first time, players will team up with Hastings, Poirot’s companion in most of the Christie novels. The two will work together to solve the mystery in this new iteration.
