The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is officially one of the best games of all time, if Metacritic and OpenCritic are to be believed. As such, it’s also a pretty different game from Zeldas of the past. Nintendo, in a sort of pat on the back, is set to launch a three-part series “Making of” starting tomorrow- How Nintendo Made Breath of the Wild is a thing we’ll all know.

At GDC, it was shared that the team created a 2D version of what would become Breath of the Wild as a sort of test run. See the video above for that. Our own review will finally launch later this week. I’m sure you’re all waiting with bated breath.
