Magic: The Gathering Arena Is Coming To Mobiles & More

Wizards of the Coast has confirmed that fans of magic will be able to get Magic: The Gathering Arena on mobile soon, as well as a whole host of other new ways to feel the magic.

In a recent announcement, Wizards of the Coast revealed what fans of Magic can expect as part of a new roadmap for the franchise. Top of this bill for us here at Gamespace was the confirmation that players versed in the old school arena battels will soon be able to shrink down their adventures and get on the go with Magic: The Gathering Arena on mobiles. We don’t have a definite date for this upcoming mobile card battler but we do now that it is coming soon. As a mobile port of the existing MTG Arena, it is expected that the mobile version of the game will largely follow the same feature set and pricing model of the existing free to play desktop title.

That’s Not All

The new mobile news comes around the same time Magic The gathering fans prepare for the latest expansion to the current MTG iterations Zendikar Rising takes players back to the popular world where a new adventure lies around every corner. Over 20 Zendikar Rising cards debuted today, including all-new powerful Planeswalkers cards for Nahiri, and Jace, with art for a new Nissa. Zendikar Rising will hit MTG Arena on September 17 and September 25 for tabletop.
