Angela Game and Imperium Interactive have announced that the Myth of Empires playtest is underway and will run through January 30th. Players who wish to take a sneak peek at the MMORPG’s content can request access via the Steam page. It’s worth noting that MoE has earned 8,000 “Mostly or Very Positive” reviews on Steam, so it’s something MMO fans will want to consider.
The playtest allows developers to see the game in action and how players respond to its content before the February 21, 2024 release date. To showcase what is in store for those lucky enough to be chosen to participate, the team has released a new features trailer.
The upcoming MMO offers players a land with diverse biomes, ecologies, weather, and a realistic day/night cycle. When the v1.0 version launches early next year, players can explore the new Dongzhou Island map with its new adventures and challenges. Along the way, they’ll fight bosses with realistic and unpredictable AI, climb, plant, build, and much more.
