Developer Blizzard Entertainment has taken to the official site to remind players of the first Overwatch 2 anniversary! Taking place over the next 3 weeks, it brings back the familiar event game modes, gives a chance to earn Overwatch Credits and use them to purchase goods from the limited-time Anniversary Shop.
The Overwatch 2 Anniversary event is live now and will stay active through October 9. Meanwhile, the Anniversary Shop will disappear on October 16.

- Week 1 marks the return of the Winder Wonderland event game modes. Battle for Olympus also returns with both Free-For-All Deathmatch and Team Deathmatch game modes;
- Week 2 brings back the Classic Overwatch Assault maps to the Arcade. The chaotic fun of Catch-A-Mari and Starwatch: Galactic Rescue also make an appearance;
- Week 3 is time time for Summer Games as well as Mischief & Magic.

Use them to purchase returning premium skins in the Anniversary Credit shop, including Space Raider Cassidy, Beekeeper Sigma, Hermes Lucio, and more! You’ll also be able to save your credits for new opportunities on other popular skins coming in later seasons.”
