Developer Blizzard Entertainment shared a new trailer for the latest character to join the roster of free-to-play hero shooter Overwatch 2. In the video above, you can glimpse into the life of the nature-loving inventor Lifeweaver that left his luxurious lifestyle behind and set out on a noble mission to make the world a better place with his signature technology: biolight.
Lifeweaver is a support hero with a unique playstyle that that introduces a few new mechanics into the game such as his Petal Platform. He can heal his allies with his first primary fire Healing Blossom or damage his opponents with the alternate primary fire Thorn Volley. Note that you can only do one or the other, so act according to your surroundings!
Previously the developers have provided a deeper dive into his gameplay and the process of designing his abilities and looks. You can find it here. Check out the official site to find out more.
