PF WotR Got A New Update 2.1.1g

Owlcat Games continues rolling out fixes for cRPG Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous. The latest update 2.1.1g aims to change some of the reported problems with the game, such as Spectral Dust not stacking in the inventory or the chest near Star Rattle being un-lootable (DLC3).

Other notable changes include:

  • The nameless helmet from The Last Sarkorians DLC got its name;
  • AoE spells and items didn’t affect the enemies if you rested before the battle for Defender’s Heart – fixed;
  • Raven familiars got their models back;
  • After solving the first 4 puzzles during The Secrets of Creation quest, the final puzzle could not be activated – fixed;
  • On the saved game preview, a shifter’s portrait didn’t display if the shifter was transformed – fixed;

“We investigated the recent bug reports, reproduced the reported issues and found that under some circumstances, when Wenduag turned hostile to the party in the prologue, she could die. That tragedy made the party unable to leave the Shield Maze and continue their adventures. We’ve prepared a hot-fix 2.1.1i which fixes this problem. No mongrels were harmed during the creation of this patch.”

Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous just received its fourth major DLC: The Last Sarkorians. It is the first installment of the Season Pass 2, with 2 more expansions to follow:

  • DLC#5 will be a new standalone campaign that picks up where the Through the Ashes story left off. A new demon lord with his hordes of frozen minions is emerging from the depths of the Abyss. With the Knight Commander being busy elsewhere, what can a group of regular adventures with no mythic powers do to save the day?
  • DLC #6 from Season Pass 2 will bring the Knight Commander back to Kenabres. During your first visit, things did not go well. Now that the demonic assault has been thwarted, and the crusaders are preparing their final counterattack, why not take a little break?

Meanwhile, the studio is also working on a new title Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader. If you find yourself hesitating on whether or not you should play it despite your love for Pathfinder, check out our impressions.
