Trivium vocalist and guitarist Matthew Kiichi Heafy has released the full version of his song, ‘Wielder of the Plague’ for REMNANT II
Gearbox turning up the anticipation for Remnant II DLC The Awakened King with some crunchy guitars and big noise from Trivium’s Matt Heafy. First teased as a special bespoke edit of the song in the game’s EU Accolades Trailer earlier this year, the song has been released in full today, the day before REMNANT II’s highly anticipated first DLC, The Awakened King, launches on November 14. You can listen to the decidedly heavy musical accompaniment right now by heading over to the gearbox YouTube channel. You’ll find a carefully crafted 6 minutes of destruction and demons, the perfect accompaniment to Wielder of the Plague.
The musician and Twitch regular is set to jump online tomorrow too. Heafy will team up with TwoAngryGamers to present a REMNANT II DLC livestream between 3PM and 4PM GMT (10AM and 11AM ET) on November 14. Heafy will also be raffling a REMNANT II swag kit on his social channels, as well as an exclusive REMNANT II x Matt Heafy collaboration shirt.
