Rescue The Needy And Save A City When Firegirl: Hack ‘n Splash Rescue DX Arrives On Console

Thunderful Games has announced that fire fury and an incredible hero are all coming to console, when Firegirl: Hack ‘n Splash Rescue DX head to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S|X, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. Due to start saving lives on 22 June, this rework of the recently released Firegirl title is porting from PC, where it reinvigorated a run down local fir station and battled some ominous fire monsters.

Following the path of a courageous young fire rescue officer breathing new life into her rundown local fire station, this new version of the game adds more than just the DX title change. This is an overhauled and rebalanced version of the original, cramming in new enemies, reworked environments, a rebalanced difficulty curve, a streamlined upgrade tree, improved level design, and much more. The tweaks are intended to change the way the game plays allowing layers to focus on extinguishing enemies. You’ll now get more time for extinguishing foes, easier to find exit points, and far more water to flush out those fire monsters. All of the above should go a long way to fixing the game’s Early Access issues. That didn’t do it so many favors before it went live.

PC players will get this new DX upgrade on the same day that the title goes live on consoles, meaning a whole league of firefighters can up arms and take their water cannon into a round of procedurally generated platforming levels to extinguish fires across the city. Along the way, you’ll dispatch monsters to buy more time in these tricky missions where you will feel the heat as you battle to get the job done. A huge range of upgrades and abilities await after you master the art of fire fighting, meaning Firegirl: Hack ‘n Splash Rescue DX should keep the great concept that first lit a spark and improve on every other aspect. You can check out the new trailer above, and head over to the official website for more details now.
