Developer Bluepoch shared a couple of extended plays (EP) for time-traveling turn-based RPG Reverse: 1999. The first – that you can find above – is dedicated to the latest update, Version 1.4: The Prisoner in the Cave. It shows the mysterious new island and its no less mysterious inhabitants, driven by numbers and theories.
“Upon the silent sea, the eternal and ever-circulating current has been cut off. In the transcendental sky, several dazzling stars align. Who led us to the exile in this cave? Close your eyes, for all secret knowledge is hidden behind the wall of silent boulders. “
The second is dedicated to some of the new characters taking part in the latest storyline, including the new playable characters: 37 and 6. They are singing a song called ‘Numbers’, quite fitting the math-aligned views of the island.
“1 is thinking origin of all, 2 is opinion revealing more.
3 is wisdom making a whole, 4 is power creating miracle.
Let the numbers begin telling our stories.”

About Reverse: 1999
A mysterious phenomenon known as the “Storm” hit the world on the last day of 1999, causing anything it touched to be reversed and the time to stop progressing. In Reverse: 1999, players control Vertin the Timekeeper, an Arcanist from the St. Palvov organization that seeks to protect humanity. The only person immune to the effects of the “Storm”, Vertin travels through different eras and recruits a cast of diverse Arcanists to aid her in understanding this phenomenon.
