Wreckfest Crashes Onto Nintendo Switch 21 June 2022

Wreckfest, the chaotic car crushing racer from THQ Nordic, is coming to the Nintendo Switch on 21 June 2022.

Get Wrecked! THQ Nordic j has confirmed that its very own destruction racing sim Wreckfest is set to park up on Nintendo’s ono the go hybrid console on 21 June 2022. Players looking for some chaotic fun and a bit of car smashing action can pick from a vast variety of moving parts, some of them even resembling roadworthy cars, and ride out into bone crunching action. Already available on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox platforms this off-ramp onto the Nintendo Switch will eventually cost $ 39.99 / € 39.99 / £ 34.99 or local equivalent to purchase.

Anybody who has already seen the carnage left between the initial release back in 2019 and now will know what to expect. Wreckfest is part racer part ode to Destruction Derby. The explosive sim allows driers to pick from a variety of wrecks big and small, customizing very vehicle how they like. The launch will include 20 crazy and iconic vehicles, 20 insane roof decorations, and a car customization pack with new armor, rims and more. Challenge modes, career races, and a range of no holds barred circuits will likely scrape off that custom paint job, but you’ll want to look good for the competition with the inclusion of an up-to-16-player online multiplayer mode as well as offline tournaments, running at a steady 30 FPS. The Nintendo Switch version offers two season packages: Season 1 package includes everything above and the Season 2 package grants access to 12 additional cars.
