Dead by Daylight adds Left 4 Dead’s William “Bill” Overbeck in the Left Behind update

Developers have sent out a word that William “Bill” Overbeck is going back into the fight. One of the most popular Survivors of Left 4 Dead gets to put his beret and combat jacket back on in Dead by Daylight.

Dead by Daylight: The Left Behind

Bill gets his ticket back into fighting in a free update to Dead by Daylight. Called The Left Behind, the update adds him as the latest playable hero with unique perks.

Left Behind. If Bill is the last person remaining in the trial, he gets a bonus to repair speed.

Borrowed Time. Once per trial when saving an ally from a hook within the killer’s terror radius, any damage taken that would put you or the hook survivor into dying state will be delayed.

Unbreakable. Grants the ability to fully recover from the dying state once per trial.

It took two tours in Vietnam, a handful of medals, a knee full of shrapnel, and an honorable discharge to get William “Bill” Overbeck to stop fighting. He hated it. After decades spent drifting aimlessly through dead end jobs, Bill went in for a routine surgery and woke up to a plague turning normal people into mindless killing machines.
