E3 is kicking off with a bang. DontNod Entertainment starting things off with a new Vampyr trailer as well as the November 2017 release date.

The game is considered an action RPG with players taking the role of Dr. Jonathan Reid. Set in the era of World War 1, Reid has a sworn duty to heal as well as a desperate need for blood. He is, as can be imagined, conflicted.
Players will need to avoid vampire hunters as well as other undead creatures including Skal. Choices on which civilians to feed on determine the direction of the game. Reid will level and evolve his vampiric abilities.

Pre-orders for the game are now open for PlayStation 4 and XBox One as well as PC for $59.99. Those who pre-order will also receive a free DLC with a pair of weapons and a costume.
