Animal Crossing: New Horizons Direct this Friday!

Animal Crossing: New Horizons

It’s been a long, long time since the last Nintendo Direct, however, this week’s event should twitterpate millions of fans if they’re been waiting with bated breath for news about Animal Crossing: New Horizons. On Friday, February 20th, everyone will be able to learn a great deal more about the forthcoming title during a brand new Nintendo Direct. The event will feature “roughly 25-minutes” of live-streamed gaming goodness all about New Horizons and viewers will get an “in-depth look at Nook Inc’s Deserted Island Getaway Package” along the way. Fans of other upcoming Nintendo games will be disappointed, however, as the theme of this week’s Direct is only New Horizons.

You’d best set your alarm as the event kicks off at 6:00 am Pacific / 9:00 am Eastern and can be viewed on Nintendo’s official YouTube channel.

New Horizons is the Nintendo Switch version of the wildly popular franchise that has captivated millions of players around the world. It is currently set for launch exclusively on Switch on March 20th.
