If you even have a passing interest in fighting games then it’s likely you’ll have heard of BlazBlue. A unique mix of anime artwork, visual novel, and superb combat, BlazBlue is an undoubted success. Now, Arc System Work’s roster of champions is joined by a few new faces, in the trailer for BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle.
The first English language trailer for Arc System Work’s latest entry in the BlazBlue universe brings a western tone to characters from the BlazBlue, RWBY, Persona 4 Ultimate Arena, and Under Night In-Birth Exe: Late universe. This is the first time that avatars form Under Night franchise will receive an English dub, and it actually doesn’t sound terrible.
Precious Pre-Order Plastic
For those of us suddenly desperate to get our hands on this Otaku clash, Arc System Works has unveiled the game’s collectors editions. Available on PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC, this enhanced version of the title will be available for pre-order via the Arc System Works store on 4 May and the Roosterteeth store on 5 June. Each copy of the collectors’ edition includes everything below and will retail at $99.99.
