LGM Games has announced that Starpoint Gemini Warlords will get some DLC on October 5th. Called “Cycle of Warfare”, the new content will be available for $10.

You’ll have a lot more game once the new DLC hits live service. You’ll have a chance at five new playable factions including the Iolian Pact, Outerlands and privateers. You can compete in three new conquest scenarios as well as a pair of new challenge scenarios. Lastly, you have a new ship line, weapon and ability to check out.
In the challenge scenarios, you’ll play as the ruthless A’shiari who believe in a “scorched earth” policy.
- Fly and command capital ships of an exclusive new alien ship line, from gunships to carriers;
- Vanquish all human life from the Gemini system by shutting down all of the infrastructure;
- Fire a massive weapon directly from their mothership, burning planets and vaporizing all means of sustaining life.
