PLAION and Deep Silver have announced that Dead Island 2 will spread its unique zombie virus to Steam beginning April 22nd. The Steam release coincides with DI2’s first anniversary. The game was originally released for PC via Epic Games Store on April 21, 2023.
In addition to the Steam launch news, developers announced that from now through Thursday, February 15th, Steam players can pick up a free copy of Dead Island Riptide: Definitive Edition. Players can also leverage a 75% discount on Dead Island: Retro Revenge. Those should keep any budding zombie killer busy until DI2 launches in a couple of months.
