Gryphline just launched premium mobile RPG Ex Astris to a global audience across App Store and Google Play
Incredible anime inspired 3D graphics, a lost civilization, huge boss battles, and plenty of adventure, all without a gacha pull in sight. Ex Astris is the inagural premium mobile RPG to come out of global publisher Gryphline, and it’s available right now. Players taking a peek at the new release list on the iOS App Store and Android Google Play Stores will be able to find this brand-new world available for around $9.99 USD, $13.99 CAD, £8.99, and €9.99, right now.
For that small chunk of change, players will be able to dive into the world of f Allindo and embark on a wondrous hybrid 3D RPG. Taking on the role of Yan and join Vi, investigators tasked with unravelling the secrets of the long lost Allindish civilization and to reveal the truth behind the Astramorphs that inhabit this alien planet. Across a huge game space, these two central characters will set out across a planet where the sun never sets. Locked in orbit, this tidal lock means that this mysterious land harbours eternal day and everlasting darkness.
A myriad of dangers awaits, with strange creatures and opposing forces standing in your way. However, Yan and Vi have friends. Traditional3 character party systems are evident form the launch day previews, and players can switch things up with a range of combinations. A single button tap can change characters stance form Wave to particle states, varying the available skills and combos on offer to smash enemies. This is coupled with a twist on retaliation, called Obscuran Maneuvers. A new slant on turn based combat isn’t all players should expect. Across a massive world, there’s a story to unlock, tons of character progression, cooking, puzzles, and other mini games to try out too. While this all a new narrative and distinctly different from the recent release of Arknights: Endfield, the publisher hasn’t forgotten fans of the Arknights franchise. To celebrate today’s Ex Astris global launch, GRYPHLINE also invites its community to join “When the Land Meets the Stars,” a special Ex Astris x Arknights crossover event. Full of fun surprises and exclusive in-game cosmetics, this ties into the hugely popular tactical RPG from the company’s development studio Hypergryph.
