Feel the desert between your toes with a free Sand Land demo on PC and Consoles.
Enter Sand Land today. Bandai Namco has unlocked a demo for upcoming manga inspired jaunt Sand Land. Available across PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Xbox Series X|S the new hands-on announcement came with a brand new trailer too.
Just under a minute of footage gives us a glimpse of the action that awaits in the new trial run. It shows off a desolate new world, crafted by the late Akira Toriyama, and devoid of much in the way of water. In the demo, and during the full game, players will be able to help characters like the bratty demon prince Beelzebub and the wise companion Thief as they search for water. Whether that means raiding the King of Sand Land’s cache or hunting down a desert oasis is part of the fun.
Based on the teaser, players can also expect fun in the form of vehicles, bikes, tanks, and mechanised armour. Plenty of ridiculous combat is sure to ensue, and rewards are available too. Bandai Namco has revealed that anybody who plays the demo will be able to loot 30 B-grade steel and 30 B-grade bolts when the full game arrives. This resource should prove vital. Sand Land is vast, and vehicles are crucial to getting around and blowing away the cruel rule of the King.
The outrageous animation and cool stylized characters of Toriyama’s creation are finally following Dragonball onto our desktops and TVs this year. The game is due to launch in April, while Disney Plus will start streaming an anime of this Shonen series tomorrow. You can download the free Sand Land Demo now and find out more over on the official website.
