Developer HoYoverse has taken to the official site of action-adventure Genshin Impact to reveal the gameplay details of Akitsu Kimodameshi, a new event that will kick off tomorrow. Through January 2nd, participate in the Test of Courage organized by the Yashiro Commission and complete the challenges to obtain in-game rewards.
To take part in the festivities, players need to have completed the “Ritou Escape Plan” part of Inazuma Archon Quest and have reached Adventure Rank 30 or above. It is also suggested that you should finish Arataki Itto’s story quest for a better experience. However, even without it you can enter the event through the Quick Start option.
The rewards include primogems, Crown of Insight, weapon & talent materials and much more. Additionally, players can get their hands on the event-exclusive 4-star sword Toukabou Shigure and its refinement materials so don’t miss out!
Right now, the game is going through the Version 3.3 Phase I. Until December 27th, players have access to the new event banners, featuring the increased drop chance for Wanderer (5-star Anemo Catalyst), Arataki Itto (5-star Geo Claymore) as well as a trio of 4-stars: Faruzan (Anemo Archer), Gorou (Geo Archer) and Yanfei (Pyro Catalyst).
Version 3.3 Phase II character banners feature the long-awaited returning characters: Electro Polearm 5-star Raiden Shogun as well as Hydro Sword 5-star Kamisato Ayato. The 4-star lineup is currently unknown. The respective weapon banner will likely feature related 5-star signature weapons: Engulfing Lightning polearm for Raiden and Haran Geppaku Futsu sword for Ayato.
