Developer HoYoverse has taken to the official site of anime action-adventure Genshin Impact to share the preview of the banners and events coming in Version 3.8 Phase II. The second phase kicks off on July 25th.
Fontaine is coming ever-closer! 3.8 is the last patch before Travelers get to set out to the land of Hydro. This version’s character banners feature the long-awaited reruns of Sangonomiya Kokomi (Hydro Catalyst) and Wanderer (Anemo Catalyst) as well as their respective signature weapons. HoYoverse also revealed the featured 4-stars, check them out below!
- When: July 25 to August 15
- 5-star characters: Sangonomiya Kokomi (Hydro Catalyst) and Wanderer (Anemo Catalyst)
- Featured 4-star characters: Faruzan (Anemo Bow), Rosaria (Cryo Polearm) & Yanfei (Pyro Catalyst)
- 5-star weapons: Everlasting Moonglow (Catalyst) and Tulaytullah’s Remembrance (Catalyst)
- Featured 4-star weapons: Wine and Song (Catalyst), Lion’s Roar (Sword), The Bell (Claymore), Dragon’s Bane (Polearm), and Favonius Warbow (Bow)
Genshin Impact – Version 3.8 Phase II Events Include:
- Perilous Expedition (July 27 to August 7) – during the event, complete the combat challenges by selecting the appropriate characters and activating various buff effects to obtain rewards such as Primogems, Hero’s Wit and Weapon Ascension materials. Requires AR20 or above and completion of the Archon Quest “Song of the Dragon and Freedom”.
- Shared Sight (August 3 to August 14) – complete the stage objectives by finding and retrieving all the small animals using the Inscribed Mirror to obtain Primogems and other rewards. Requires AR20 or above.
- Overflowing Mastery (August 7 to August 14) – consume Original Resin to double your Talent Material rewards from the corresponding Domains.
- Kaeya Hangout Event – requires AR35 or above, the completion of the Archon Quest Chapter III: Act VI “Caribert” and Kaeya’s Story Quest.
