Developer HoYoverse took to the official HoYolab page to reveal that Honkai Star Rail will have its Version 1.3 special program on August 18th. During the livestream, the developers will share some juicy details of the upcoming version, the details of character banners, some promo codes and more.
The upcoming Version 1.3 is titled “Celestial Eyes Above Mortal Ruins”. Previously the developers have revealed the trio of new characters that will make their appearances during this patch’s banners:
- Imbibitor Lunae – High Elder of the Luofu, bearer of the Azure Dragon’s legacy. 5-star Imaginary Destruction.
- Fu Xuan – the head of Xianzhou Luofu’s Divination Commission that uses her third eye and the Matrix of Prescience to calculate the Xianzhou’s route and predict the fortune of future events. 5-star Quantum Preservation.
- Lynx – the younger sister of Serval and Gepard and an explorer of Belobog’s wild side. 4-star Quantum Abundance.
If you have Silver Wolf, the addition of Fu Xuan and Lynx will make it possible to run a Mono Quantum team. Stay tuned for the Master Diviner’s release to see how viable the comp will be!
