Rebellion has sent out a brand new trailer for Sniper Elite 5 that showcases some of the most exciting features coming with the game when it is released on Thursday, May 26th. Viewers will get a look at the always-impressive Kill Cam as well as improvements made to the physics and visuals of the game.
Here are some of the things viewers will be able to see in the trailer:
- bullets ricocheting off bones for increased internal damage
- enhancements in the presentation of a character’s definition including skeleton, muscles, organs, and sinew
- iron sights for SMGs and pistols
- SMGs and pistols can now trigger the Kill Cam
- Kill Cam controls that allow speed up/slow down of the cinematic
- adjustments to Kill Cam to allow adjustment of the camera angle
- Kill Cam frequency can now be adjusted in the game menu
- more and better weapons customization via the workbench system
The game is coming on Thursday, May 26th for Xbox Game Pass, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam and the Windows Store. It ships with an immersive single-player campaign and “adversarial multiplayer” for up to 16 players.
