Riot Games continues to expand the roster of mobile title League of Legends: Wild Rift with characters from its PC counterpart. The latest two additions come from snowy Freljord: meet Ornn, The Fire Below The Mountain, and Volibear, the Relentless Storm.
To bring players up to speed on how to use the newcomers, the devs have shared a couple of Champion Overview videos that go through their battle roles and abilities. They have a bit of history, so watch out as there’s a chance a nemesis duel could trigger if you’re in a game with these two.
Ornn is the Freljordian demi-god of forging and craftsmanship. When other deities—especially Volibear—walk the earth and meddle in mortal affairs, Ornn arises to put these impetuous beings back in their place, either with his trusty hammer or the fiery power of the mountains themselves.
Volibear is the storm made manifest. He fights to return the Freljord to the old ways—when the land was untamed, and blood spilled freely—and eagerly battles all who oppose him, with tooth, claw, and thundering domination.
