Mortal Online 2 Now Allows Player to Chill by Fishing

Star Vault has announced the release of a brand new patch for its upcoming MMO, Mortal Online 2. The patch introduces a host of bug fixes and feature enhancements as well as a new way for players to engage in the beta version of the game: Fishing.

According to the patch notes, new fishing vendors have been added to all cities and all bodies of water in the game have been updated to allow for the new mechanic. The patch also includes:

  • a new district in Morin Khur
  • the ability to add friends
  • new UI information about “underflowed skills”
  • the Mounted Magery primary skill
  • Guana is now “pickable”
  • a new boss added to Sator dungeon
  • new Saburra nodes are now scattered on the Steppes
  • Sea Dew is added to the Toxai area
  • new task parcels are added to several locations

The game is currently slated to be released on January 25, 2022 with preorders now open.
