N7 Day 2023 arrived, and the developers from Bioware were around to celebrate the community… but does the community have anything to celebrate just yet? Let’s check out the news and opportunities revealed by the developers during this important date.
November 7th or the N7 Day is titled so after the special task force that Commander Shepard is a part of. It celebrates all things Mass Effect: from ancient war against the Rachni to the Andromeda Initiative and beyond. It is also a reason for the community and developers to come together and share how much this franchise really means to them.
In fact, Bioware did just that in the latest blog post on the official site.
“We’ve asked ourselves many of the same questions you’ve asked us over the years! What happened to everyone you know and love in the games? Who really died? Who had kids with whom? What does a baby volus sound like? What about all the galaxies? The endings! What the heck is going on with our asari scientist-turned-Shadowbroker? What about S— nevermind…you get the idea. And of course, to those questions, there are answers, but you’ll have to wait to hear them. And anything we do say won’t be easy to find, just like you’ve come to expect from our #N7Day teases.”
But that is not all: the developers have also shared a series of cryptic messages that, when put together, formed a brief teaser featuring that familiar task force logo. Who is the character portrayed there? Is it Shepard? Liara, like in an older trailer? Someone completely new? Stay tuned to find out more once Bioware is done teasing.
