Overwatch Anniversary Remix – Are You Ready to Celebrate?

Blizzard Entertainment is inviting players to grab their gilded weapons and put on the most skins to celebrate the sixth anniversary of Overwatch. This is your chance to dive into the skin vault to snatch the six limited looks that you might have missed out on!

The event is now live and will be running through April 26th. Overwatch Anniversary Remix: Vol. 1 features all seasonal brawls, Weekly Challenge Rewind, and 6 remixed Legendary skins.

Along with fan-favorite Legendary skins, Blizzard is bringing back a select few exclusive skins from past Overwatch Challenge events. Play games in Quick Play, Competitive Play, or the Arcade to unlock sprays, player icons, and stylish skins like Nano D.Va, Bastet Ana, and Combat Medic Baptiste. Wins count as two games. Each week brings new rewards to earn!

So, what are the Remixes?

Last week the team announced a new type of content: Remix Events. Like standard seasonal events, Remix event will open the vault doors, allowing players to unlock every skin normally available during these events, plus all new “remixed” Legendary skins.

This does mean that events like Archives, standard Anniversary, and Summer Games will not make a return this year. Instead, the Anniversary Remix events will be introducing a new set of variants in place of the normal event schedule, all of which will transfer to Overwatch 2 along with all previously earned skins, sprays, and player icons.

This three-part anniversary event enables our team to allocate more time and attention to the upcoming PVP beta, while simultaneously providing the community with the chance to earn unique variants of your favorite Legendary skins.
