Soccer fans in Europe might want to rethink their choice of football simulator this year as Konami has just announced an exclusive deal to sign AS Roma to the PES brand.
Konami, publishers of PES across console and PC, has just scored a bit of an exclusive when it comes to soccer sims. While many of you might be busy getting ready to delve into NBA 2K21, fans of the beautiful game might be interested to know about this signing. PES 2021 will be the only console football video game capable of featuring the Italian heavyweights when it launches on September 15th.
For fans of the Italian footballing clubs this means you will get to kick about in the long-time home of AS Roma, Stadio Olimpico, when eFootball PES 2021 launches across PlayStation 4 and Xbox One next year. Accompanying this will also be the AS Roma brand name and official kits. No more naming this club ACDC Roma, or the like.
