PlayStation Plus Games For January

PlayStation Plus service subscribers are in for a nice surprise. Sony published the list of the games that will be available for free to the participants of the program in January 2018. It includes two famous games: action RPG Deus Ex: Mankind Divided and adventure Batman: The Telltale series as well as PlayLink-game That’s You!

Let’s check out the full list:

  • Deus Ex: Mankind Divided (PS4) – directly follows the aftermath of the Aug Incident, a day when mechanically augmented citizens all over the world were stripped of control over their minds and bodies, resulting in the deaths of millions of innocents. The year is now 2029, and the golden era of augmentations is over. Mechanically augmented humans have been deemed outcasts and segregated from the rest of society. Crime and acts of terror serve as a thin veil to cover up an overarching conspiracy aimed at controlling the future of mankind…

  • Batman: The Telltale Series (PS4) – Enter the fractured psyche of Bruce Wayne and discover the powerful and far-reaching consequences of your choices as the Dark Knight.

  • That’s You! (PlayLink) – That’s You! is a new party game that’s all about… you! Play with your family and friends and see just how well you know those closest to you.

  • Sacred 3 (PS3) – Sacred 3 is an arcade Hack ‘n’ Slash game for up to 4 players. Choose a hero and fight cooperatively against the rise of evil. Victory is Ours. Glory is Mine.

  • StarBlood Arena (PS VR) – Test your mettle in furious arena combat as you move, evade, and attack in any direction against pilots from every corner of the galaxy. Fight for glory, credits, and your life as the StarBlood Network broadcasts every lawless match for the universe to see. Whether it’s single player Carnage deathmatches, Team Carnage* deathmatches, or Invaders co-op*, you’ll be constantly challenged to step up your game and prove that you’ve got the skills to emerge victorious.

  • Book of Unwritten Tales 2 (PS3) – Every world needs its heroes. However unlikely they may seem. Join Wilbur, Ivo, Nate and Critter in another classic point-and-click adventure in the wicked world of Aventásia. Help them fulfill their destiny. A destiny as yet unwritten.

  • Psycho-Pass: Mandatory Happiness (PS Vita) – 2112, Tokyo. In this visual novel, decide the fates of Nadeshiko Kugatachi and Takuma Tsurugi, two new detectives assigned to Division 1. Every decision has its own repercussion, victims can become criminals, and the story may end quicker than expected. Will there be a spot for you?

  • Uncanny Valley (PS Vita и PS4) – Uncanny Valley is a survival horror game that includes a mix of exploration, puzzle solving and a bit of action with a lot of optional story content. We’re trying to preserve the old survival horror kind of gameplay instead of following the modern trend of creating a third person shooter with horror elements.

  1. Wow, that’s quite a lineup. It’d be cool if the PS3 and Vita titles were available to play on PS4 too. Sony needs to work on backwards compatibility and stop locking that stuff behind PSNow and PSVita.
