Rocket League, the soccer sim with plenty of horsepower, is set to start Season 10 of online competition on 8 March.
The latest season of Rocket League is coming to consoles and PC on 8 March, and players can power across the pitch in the Golf II GTI. Developer Psyonix set a date for the latest season of competition in Rocket League last night. The news comes with a ton of additional content and competition for drivers looing to score a goal or two. Headlining the upcoming content drop, the Golf II GTI joins innumerable iconic car skins. Players who get Rocket Pass Premium will immediately unlock the in-game Volkswagen Golf GTI (Octane hitbox) and have the chance to unlock an upgraded Volkswagen Golf GTI RLE as they level up in the Rocket Pass.
Alongside the instantly unlockable car, players picking up the paid for Rocket Pass can work their way through over 70 drops. By playing content you’ll get extra paint jobs, topers, and antenna, among many more tradable extras. Rewards aren’t all about the premium Battle Pass styled system. Competitive players working their way through the ranks can expect rewards, and Season 9 competitive rewards will be sent out, while the latest loot includes Scalescore Decal and a spicy Ramen Bowl Topper.
New content comes this season too. Deadeye Canyon isn’t looking quite so dead these days. With the sudden proliferation of flora and fauna, our once dusty desert has transformed into Deadeye Canyon (Oasis). There’s also an unannounced new game mode coming, and even a new track of a different sort. Oasis by zensei ゼンセー joins the visual backdrop for a different sound.
